Checking and A/P Checking Account Default Setup

Go to Setups (gear icon in the top-right corner).

Under the Accounting column, select M - Checking Setup.

Click the drop-down arrow for both:

1. Default Checking Account
   
2. Default A/P Checking Account
   

Select the checking account you want to use as the default.

Click OK to save your changes.
