MaxxTraxx 9 includes many great features. The new Macro Tiles for viewing and editing repair orders are a huge time saver. Within that view are several icons that convey information about the customer, vehicle, and repair order. These icons provide an at-a-glance look at important details regarding the repair.
To view the Macro Tile, right-click the desired repair order on the Service Schedule, Status Workflow, or Tech Workflow screen. This will open the tile and show any icons pertaining to that repair order:
What those icons mean:
Waiting Customer
The customer requests a loaner or rental vehicle
The Vehicle can or is staying overnight
The customer requests a shuttle drop off
The customer requests a shuttle pick up
The vehicle is being worked on
The Digital Vehicle Inspection is done
The work on the vehicle is completed
