Are you looking for a simple way to keep your bays full during slower periods? MaxxTraxx has a built-in tool that can help you reconnect with customers and generate additional service opportunities—without any extra guesswork.
By running the Declined Services Report, you can easily identify past services that were recommended but not authorized. These are real opportunities to reach back out to customers and remind them about maintenance their vehicle may still need.
Here’s how to access the report:
Go to the Reports dropdown in MaxxTraxx.
Highlight the Service Counter category.
Click on the Declined Services Report.
Choose the desired date range.
Print the report or export it to Excel for easy follow-up.
Whether you’re sending personalized emails, making a few phone calls, or launching a promotional campaign, this report gives you a focused list of customers who already showed interest in service. It’s one of the quickest ways to boost business during those lulls in the schedule.
