Did You Know that MaxxTraxx 9.0 will feature customizable email templates
MaxxTraxx 9.0 will offer the ability to write and save email templates for easier communication with your customers.
There are three email template categories:
Customer - For sending emails from the Customer Record
Repair Order - For sending emails regarding Repair Order information
Standard - For sending general information or mass-market emails
To create an email template, click on the Marketing dropdown then the Edit Email Templates button.
Select the category of email template you want to create and click the Add Email Template button
Once you write the templates, you'll be able to send emails with customer, vehicle, and repair order data added automatically to the email body.
