MaxxTraxx v9 Will Release In The 4th Quarter of 2022

Introducing 3 New Tabs to Enhance Visibility and Control of Your Service and Technician's Workload. This is Big!
The New Appointment Calendar Tab
- The old appointment calendar has moved from the sidelines
- The NEW Appointment Calendar Tab is now more prominently featured!
- It is also no longer just a 30-Days out view. You can move backwards and forwards, Month by Month
- Right-click on a Day to create a new Appointment
- Double-click on a Day to move to that Day's itemized Schedule
- A NEW Search Button has been added for convenience on the left-hand side of the Schedule screen
- No longer have to search for the "Search"!
- Click on the Search button, and then select the desired item type to begin searching
The New Status Workflow Tab
- The NEW Status Workflow Tab displays ROs as "Tiles" -a boxed, graphical layout with RO statuses lined up in columns
- It features Drag-and-Drop capability to easily move the Tiles from one Status to another
- The Tiles are packed with at-a-glance information that helps increase efficiency and control of the job cycle
- Simplified right-click context menu that we're calling the "Macro Tile"
- Large buttons and fonts
- New added features like Emailing and Texting without having to open the Repair Order
- Loaded with info in the top header to keep you on-track with where you're at
The New Tech Workflow Tab
- The NEW Tech Workflow Tab displays the RO Tiles as well, but with a focus on Technician assignments and management
- Move an RO from one Tech to another quickly and easily via Drag-and-Drop!
- The Technician column header also shows Today's available "Working" hours, the "Assigned" hours and the "Available" to assign hours
- The Technician's column header also contains a "Progress" indicator bar that represents the Tech's assigned percentage
