The Final Release of MaxxTraxx 9.0 Is Coming Your Way Very Soon!

We're no longer in the Beta testing phase and the final version of MaxxTraxx 9.0 will be ready for limited release very soon.

If your shop would like to be considered for inclusion in the early release groups to receive MaxxTraxx 9.0 before the end of 2022, please let us know.

*We will only be adding 200 customers on a first-come-first-serve basis to the early release of MaxxTraxx 9.0 by the end of 2022.

Below is another sneak-peak at some of the major additions to the program.

Introducing 3 New Tabs For Visibility/Control of Your Service & Technician Workflow. This is Big!

The New Status Workflow Tab

  1. The NEW Status Workflow Tab displays ROs as "Tiles" -a boxed, graphical layout with RO statuses lined up in columns
  2. It features Drag-and-Drop capability to easily move the Tiles from one Status to another
  3. The Tiles are packed with at-a-glance information that helps increase efficiency and control of the job cycle

The New Tech Workflow Tab

  1. The NEW Tech Workflow Tab displays the RO Tiles as well, but with a focus on Technician assignments and management
  2. Move an RO from one Tech to another quickly and easily via Drag-and-Drop!
  3. The Technician column header also shows Today's available "Working" hours, the "Assigned" hours and the "Available" to assign hours
  4. The Technician's column header also contains a "Progress" indicator bar that represents the Tech's assigned percentage



The New Appointment Calendar Tab

  1. The old appointment calendar has moved from the sidelines
  2. The NEW Appointment Calendar Tab is now more prominently featured!
  3. It is also no longer just a 30-Days out view. You can move backwards and forwards, Month by Month
  4. Right-click on a Day to create a new Appointment
  5. Double-click on a Day to move to that Day's itemized Schedule


The New Right-Click Context Menu

  1. Simplified right-click context menu that we're calling the "Info Tile"
  2. Large buttons and fonts
  3. New added features like Emailing and Texting without having to open the Repair Order
  4. Loaded with info in the top header to keep you on-track with where you're at




The New Search Button

  1. A NEW Search Button has been added for convenience on the left-hand side of the Schedule screen
  2. No longer have to search for the "Search"!
  3. Click on the Search button, and then select the desired item type to begin searching
