Did you know that the General Ledger Income Statement is your Profit & Loss Report

We often get calls wanting to know how to print a Profit & Loss report. It's called the General Ledger Income Statement in MaxxTraxx
Click on the "Reports" dropdown at the top of the Service Schedule screen. Then click on the "Company Reports Button". 



With the Report Manager window open, highlight the "General Ledger" category on the left of the window then select the "General Ledger Income Statement" report. 



Run the report for the dates you need. Once the report has run, you can save it, email it, or export the file as a Excel spreadsheet.
