The Status Columns On Status Workflow Tab Can Be Ordered Per Preference

Starting with MaxxTraxx, version 9, there is a new element called the "Status Workflow" tab. It takes all of the open Repair Orders and Appointments from the Service Counter / Schedule and presents them sorted into columns. Each status that one has in their list of statuses are now displayed as a column.

As an added convenience, those columns can be ordered to best suit your shop's preference and workflow.

To do this click on the Setups menu (the gear icon in top right corner of the program window).
Next, on the far right side of the Setups screen, under the "Miscellaneous Lists" section (in purple) click on option "C".
Repair Order Status.
The "Repair Order and Appointment Status Choices" window appears that presents the current list of statuses in the system.
The list here is sorted from top to bottom. However, the new Status Workflow Tab presents those statuses as columns starting from the left and moving to the right. For example, the status at the very top of this list, is presented on the Status Workflow Tab at the far left.

At the top right corner of this Statuses list are 2 control buttons. Click the Move Up or Move Down buttons to move a selected status up or down the ordered list.
A default status can be set from this list as well.  Select the desired status and right-click on it. Then choose the Set As Default option.
Additionally, this is where new statuses can be created too, if needed. Just click the Add Appt/RO Status button at the bottom left.
When finished making desired changes, click the Close button to save. Click Close again to exit the Setups menu.
