How to Mark an Employee as a "Technician" or "Service Writer"

After entering the employee's information in the employee record, if your new employee is a service writer or a technician and you want them assigned to repair orders and/or labor lines you must navigate to the "Miscellaneous" section of the employee record and put check marks in the "Is Technician" or "Is Service Writer" or both if this employee has a duel role.  If you are using "Job Clock" you would need to check the "Use Job Clock" as well.
