Following up on our
previous message regarding this subject: There have been changes made by AllData to
move away from the current version of their integration to a new system. We
have been working closely with them to update to this new integration and it
has been APPROVED by AllData for release now.
Unbeknown to us, the current integration was stopped during our
development of this new one. We sincerely apologize for the interruption this
has caused to your business workflow.
Any information regarding contracts expiring between us and AllData is
incorrect. We are still active with AllData as an integration partner.
An update will be going out to BETA shop users starting next week with a full release to all users shortly after. This update will
switch MaxxTraxx over to use the new AllData integration so your account will resume working.
The only change for you after the update is your AllData vendor username and
password in MaxxTraxx will now use the same website login you use for AllData’s
website. This will eliminate any issues with having to contact support for
either side to set up any special account changes and will work directly after
the update and password changes have been made. To change this password, go to
Vendors > Vendor List > pull up AllData > go to Catalog on the
left-hand side > There you can update the username and password.
