Microsoft email issues

It has come to our attention that Microsoft has stopped supporting the method many 3rd party platforms use to send emails through their systems. Sending emails through MaxxTraxx from any Microsoft account such as Hotmail.com, MSN.com, and Outlook.com will no longer be possible.

Gmail currently works with MaxxTraxx correctly. We suggest you set up a Gmail account with 2-factor authentication turned on. Then, create a 3rd party app and password to use through MaxxTraxx. You can use Outlook to track your Gmail account. To set up Gmail in MaxxTraxx, go to Setups / Email Setups, and follow the instructions.
