Repair Order Snapshots and Documents Folder

  1. A new feature that goes hand in hand with the integrated credit card processing signature capture is the use of RO snapshot capture
  2. Every signature that is collected for an RO will automatically be saved, timestamped and sent to the 'Documents' folder at the bottom left of the RO
  3. The snapshots will be saved and named based on what the signature was being collected for.  Ex: Disclaimer, Revision, Invoice
    1. They can be renamed at any time by clicking the "Edit Description" button
  4. These snapshots can also be taken manually if you plan to make changes to an RO and want to have a reference point for the original
  1. Open the RO and choose "Preview Repair Order" from the bottom left of the window
  2. From the preview choose the button from the top menu that says "Save Snapshot"
  3. The snapshot will be saved to the "Documents" folder at the bottom left of the window
  4. Any item in the documents folder can be renamed to fit your needs by clicking "Edit Description"
  5. Additional documents such as vehicle pictures, videos or inspections can all be added to the Documents folder directly by choosing "Attach New Document"
  6. When sending an email through MaxxTraxx, you can choose to add attachments from the Documents folder by clicking the "Add" button and choosing "from Documents in MaxxTraxx" from the dropdown
