Repair Order Snapshots and Documents Folder
- A new feature that goes hand in hand with the integrated credit card processing signature capture is the use of RO snapshot capture
- Every signature that is collected for an RO will automatically be saved, timestamped and sent to the 'Documents' folder at the bottom left of the RO
- The snapshots will be saved and named based on what the signature was being collected for. Ex: Disclaimer, Revision, Invoice
- They can be renamed at any time by clicking the "Edit Description" button
- These snapshots can also be taken manually if you plan to make changes to an RO and want to have a reference point for the original
- Open the RO and choose "Preview Repair Order" from the bottom left of the window
- From the preview choose the button from the top menu that says "Save Snapshot"
- The snapshot will be saved to the "Documents" folder at the bottom left of the window
- Any item in the documents folder can be renamed to fit your needs by clicking "Edit Description"
- Additional documents such as vehicle pictures, videos or inspections can all be added to the Documents folder directly by choosing "Attach New Document"
- When sending an email through MaxxTraxx, you can choose to add attachments from the Documents folder by clicking the "Add" button and choosing "from Documents in MaxxTraxx" from the dropdown
