Update for DataTraxx Users
We have resolved the cloud backup issue that has affected some DataTraxx users. A patch has been created to fix the backup issue.

Please note that this patch will not update users that are still on Version 7.9 of MaxxTraxx.
DataTraxx will NOT work in Version 7.9 of MaxxTraxx. In order for DataTraxx to work you must update to version 9.0 then run the patch.
If you are a MaxxTraxx Anywhere user on Version 7.9, you will need to contact our Support team at 800-996-9777 option #1 or via chat at scottsystems.com
To install the patch make sure all users are logged out of MaxxTraxx except the main computer / server. From that computer go to the "Help" dropdown then click the "Patch Updates" button:
Once the patch had downloaded, log out of MaxxTraxx on the main computer then everyone can log back in.
To perform a backup, from the server click the disc icon near the upper right corner of the MaxxTraxx window.
If you have questions or need assistance, please contact our Support Team at (800)996-9777 option #1 or via chat at
scottsystems.comThank you.
