URGENT Information - DataTraxx customers

Due to a security update on our DataTraxx servers, some shops are experiencing cloud backup failures. We are diligently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. 
This issue does NOT pertain to MaxxTraxx Anywhere users. 
If you are a DataTraxx customer, please make sure you have a secondary backup system in place. This can be as simple as a thumb drive, external hard drive, or using another MaxxTraxx workstation as a backup.
