Did You Know

You can copy technician comments from the Job Clock screen and place them on a repair order.

Technicians occasionally write comments in Job Clock that would be useful on a repair order. How do you get them there? Simply copy and paste.

First, review the Job Clock record for the technician. Click on the Payroll dropdown the the Edit Job Clock box.

Find the technician entry, then copy the comments. Paste them into the repair order notes or labor detail for the job.
