How to Set Up a Vendor in MaxxTraxx

How to Set Up a Vendor in MaxxTraxx

Click on the Vendors menu 
Select  Vendor List 
Click the Add Vendor button at the bottom
Fill in Company Name and Vendor Code (required)
Click the blue Account link, select the Use Special Account radio button in the A/P Account section, and select the appropriate G/L account to post to for this Vendor 
Notes
If this is a credit card vendor you would select the appropriate credit card liability G/L account


Click the Catalog link and use the drop down boxes for Price Matrix and Catalog, if applicable
