How to Set Up a Vendor in MaxxTraxx

How to Set Up a Vendor in MaxxTraxx

  1. Click on the Vendors menu 
  2. Select  Accounts Payable Vendor List 
  3. Click the Add Vendor button at the bottom
  4. Fill in Company Name and Vendor Code (required)
  5. Click the blue Account link, select the Use Special Account radio button in the A/P Account section, and select the appropriate G/L account to post to for this Vendor
  6. Click the blue Catalog link and use the drop down boxes for Price Matrix and Catalog, if applicable
  7. The rest of the information in each of the blue links can be completed at your convenience
