Anywhere/Cloud RDP Constantly Reconnecting

We have recently noticed that Windows has put out an update in which the RDP connection runs off of UDP instead of the previous TCP. This has caused some sessions to go through a constant disconnecting & reconnecting state. To resolve, we need to disable UDP in order for it to default back to TCP.

Advised the customer that this is due to a Microsoft Update and this is the repair that is suggested by Microsoft to fix the issue.  

1) On the customer's computer/workstation search to find Registry Editor and make sure you "Run as Administrator."
2) Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\Client
3) Right Click the empty space, select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value
4) Rename New Value to: fClientDisableUDP
5) Then Right Click > Modify and enter a 1 in the Value Data. OK
6) Close & Restart Computer
