To change labor rates go to:
1. Setups (Gear icon in upper right corner).
2. Repair Orders and Parts Invoices (Under the Blue General column item B)
3. 1st screen Labor Rates, click Save after changes
4. Updated labor rates do not change any labor rate on open RO's, they will need to be manually changed if the rate is to be changed.
