Did you know MaxxTraxx has a support chat feature
Some clients may not be aware that MaxxTraxx features a live support chat feature. This can be a great way to contact us for support or questions and not tie up a phone line.
Please note that for our MaxxTraxx anywhere cloud users must use an internet browser to contact us via chat.
To access the chat in MaxxTraxx, click the "Help" dropdown at the top of the window. Find and click on the "Scott Systems Online" button. This will open our website.
Find the box labeled "Chat Request" and click on that. Follow the instructions and we'll be chatting with you shortly!
Alternatively, you can find the chat request feature in our website from any internet browser.
