Did you know that MaxxTraxx has a snapshot feature for repair orders

There may be times when you want to see exactly what a repair order looked like at a specific moment in time. For example, you may want to preserve a record of the repair order before any upsells or additional work were added. MaxxTraxx includes a feature that allows you to capture and save a snapshot of the repair order for future reference.

First, open the repair order and click the Preview Repair Order button.

Next, click the Save Snapshot button.

A PDF copy of the repair order is now stored in the repair order history. To access a copy, click the Documents button in the main repair order screen.

You can save as many snapshots as you need.

As always, the Support Team is here if you have questions or need help.
