Important Payroll Update

Subject: Payroll Tax Rates Update

As previously communicated, we will not be updating your state’s payroll tax rates in MaxxTraxx for 2026. You will, however, have the option to use the 2025 tax rates and override the state tax field with the appropriate 2026 tax amount as needed.

Some shops may have already received a call from us regarding this information. If you have already spoken with our team, please disregard this message.

We have updated the Federal withholding tables, as well as FUTA, Social Security, and Medicare rates and limits.

To ensure you receive the 2025 tax rates, you must update to the latest version of MaxxTraxx. We will be rolling out this update shortly. If it has been a while since you last rebooted your system, we recommend doing so prior to the update.  If after the updates runs and a reboot is required, please do so.

Please note that our support hours are 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. We suggest performing the update during support hours in case you need assistance.

If you have any questions, please call us at 800-996-9777 or log into live chat.
