Did You Know

You Can Quickly and Easily View Parts Order Statuses From Right Inside the RO/Service Writing Screen

If you have a Repair Order open and need to find out if parts have been ordered and/or the parts orders' status, you can click on the "Parts on Order" button on the left-hand side. This will list all Purchase Orders associated with this RO and each order's status.

For more detail or to receive the parts in and post and close the Purchase Order, you will still need to navigate to the Purchase Orders screen from the Quick Picks toolbar.

This is a nice shortcut that provides a quick and easy overview of all related POs from right inside the RO.

Hope you found this helpful!
