Important message on backing up data

Important Notice: Protect Your MaxxTraxx Data

Please note: This message does not apply to MaxxTraxx Anywhere cloud users.

Due to a recent increase in malicious cyberattacks and unexpected computer failures, we want to remind you of the importance of safeguarding your MaxxTraxx database. If you're not currently backing up your data externally, your business could be at risk of a complete data loss.

MaxxTraxx creates backups locally on your computer only. To better protect your records, we strongly recommend implementing a secondary, offsite or cloud-based backup solution.

As part of our commitment to your data security, we offer the DataTraxx backup service as a convenient and reliable option.

Learn more about how to back up your data HERE.

If you are unsure whether your data is being backed up correctly, please contact us via any of the methods listed below.

As always, the Support Team is here if you have questions or need help.
