Hurricane Milton Update

Hurricane Milton Update

To all our MaxxTraxx shops in the path of Hurricane Milton:
If you are closing up your shop until the storm passes please make sure to backup your data. If you are subscribed to our DataTraxx cloud backup service, please click the "Backup Database" button near the upper right corner of the Service Schedule window.
If you are manually backing up data make sure to do that before you leave.
When power is cut to the computers they can not be backed up to the cloud.

If you are unsure of the backup process, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Please stay safe. We will talk to you when the storm passes.

As always, the Support Team is here if you have questions or need help.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 5am to 5pm PST.
