IMPORTANT: Only for Google Gmail emails....Gmail 2 Factor Authentication App Specific Password creation

As of June 1, 2022 Google will require you to do an additional step of setup to secure your email through a 2-step authentication.  Here are the steps to take to do this:

Log into Google Gmail account on a web browser  Gmail.com

Click on their profile icon on the top right and select edit profile/account settings or Manage our Google Account

Go to Security on the left If 2 factor authentication is turned off, you will have to have them turn that on and set up a phone or way to get the key.

Once 2 factor is turned on, click the little back arrow then you should see a section below that called "App Specific Passwords" Within there click the "Generate New" option Select Other for the program and type in MaxxTraxx for the name It will then give you a code, copy and paste that into the Maxxtraxx email setup section (Setups (gear icon on the right) > Email Setup > Manual Config (bottom left) ) Close the Gmail password generation window and then you can run a test email send from within the Email Setup window in MaxxTraxx to see if it went through.
