How to Find How Many Part Numbers in Inventory Have a Positive Quantity


  1. Open the Report:

    • Go to Reports from the main menu.

    • Select Company Reports.

    • In the left pane, click on Inventory.

  2. Select the Report Type:

    • Choose General Inventory Summary.

  3. Run the Report:

    • Click Run Report.

    • In the “By Quantity in Stock” section, set the filter to “Greater Than 0”.

    • Run the report with this filter applied.

  4. View the Total:

    • Scroll to the last page of the report.

    • There you’ll find the total number of part numbers in inventory with a quantity greater than zero.
