How To Email Repair Order And Documents From MaxxTraxx
- Open a customer's RO
- If you would like to attach a Digital Vehicle Inspection to the RO and send to the customer, click the Email button at the bottom of the RO
- Click the Add button to the right of the Attachments box
- Complete the email and make sure both documents are listed in the Attachments box in the upper right.
- If you would also like to include other documents, pictures, or files from your computer, click the Add button and select Other Files From Your Computer
- Click the Attach New Document button at the bottom and browse your computer for the item you want to attach and double click on it. You will then see that it has also been added in the Attachments box.
- When you are satisfied with the attachments, complete all necessary information in the Send Email window and click Send.
